Exposing the Deep State

This is the area with the strictest rules on the site, because it is the area where being wrong costs the most. Nothing here is asserted. Everything is sourced, or it is marked as missing and the withholding is recorded as its own fact.

What we mean by the terms​

Used loosely, these words mean nothing. Used here, each has a definition that can fail:

  • Deep state — permanent, unelected decision-making power that persists across administrations and is not answerable to any electorate.
  • Global elites — interests that operate above and across national constituencies, whose positions survive elections in any one country.
  • The Epstein class — the network of people implicated in the Epstein matter by the public record, including sealed and court-produced material, as released.

A person belongs in one of these categories on this site only when the public record puts them there. Where the record is an allegation, it is published as an allegation, attributed to its source.

The documented crimes, and the record behind each​

Each item is a file, not a claim: what is alleged, who alleges it, which document or proceeding it came from, and what is still missing. They live alongside the rest of the catalog in Problems and can be cloned and checked from Open Data.

The withheld-files pattern​

Three long-running examples, and the same shape in all three:

  • The Epstein files — material withheld from the public.
  • The JFK assassination records — records withheld decades past every stated justification.
  • The Charlie Kirk files — material withheld from the public.

What the pattern establishes is not the content of the missing pages. It is that the party being asked about controls what the public is allowed to see — and that the withholding is decades-durable, survives changes of administration, and carries no penalty for anyone.

The sourcing rule​

No claim about a living person is published without a source. Where a matter has not been proven in court, it is described as alleged and attributed. This is not softness — an unsourced claim is the easiest thing in the world to discredit, and discrediting one is how a whole record gets dismissed.
