Board of Directors
The following individuals are proposed founding board members of We The Citizens. None of them have formally accepted a board position yet. Each person was selected because Charlie Kirk trusted them, stood with them, and they share the values outlined in the We The Citizens Charter.
When each proposed member accepts, their status on this page will be updated.

Three people on this list — Bryan Starbuck, Ian Carroll and Collin Campbell — have no photograph here. That is deliberate, and it is not an oversight we are working around: this movement does not publish a picture of a real person it cannot account for, and none of the three has a freely licensed portrait we are able to use. A name with no face beats a face we have no right to.
Why These People
Every person on this list stood with Charlie Kirk — not people who stood to profit from his absence. They are thought leaders, elected officials, journalists, and advocates who have demonstrated commitment to the principles Charlie fought for: ethics first, citizens first, truth first.
Also serving on a door's board
Each of the four front doors has its own board, answerable to the community it governs. These proposals arrived after the founding list above and sit on a door rather than on it.

Board Commitments
Once accepted, every board member is bound by the charter:
- Term-limited positions with member recall authority
- No conflicts of interest with corporate sponsors or foreign entities
- Full financial disclosure — required to disclose all financial interests publicly
- Charter-bound — serve member interests above all else
- Elected by members on regular cycles with annual independent audits
Board Governance
The board makes policy decisions and carries out the charter. The board does not own the organization — the members do. Every major decision flows from the membership. Any board member can be recalled by member vote at any time.
All board votes are public. All board decisions are documented and published on this website. This is not optional — it is a requirement of the charter.
For full governance details, see the Charter.
