Our Board of Directors
This door has a board of directors. It sits at the .com level, with the community it governs. The non-partisan side does not have one.
- Partisan governance belongs with the partisan community. Decisions specific to this community get made by a body answerable to it — not by a neutral site that takes no partisan position by design.
- The .io keeps one plan, at the top level: finding the best candidates able to keep working for citizens. The many partisan plans live under this door and its board.
- Its approvals are public. The movement's approved data lives in a public repository, and that repository's history is the approval record — what was decided and when. There is no separate approvals database behind it, and undoing a wrong call publishes too.
- We will not overstate it. It is a real governance body, and we describe it as exactly that and nothing more.

Where this sits
This is one area of We The Citizens L, the Libertarian front door at WeCitizensL.com. It is written for libertarians, and nothing on the other three doors decides what belongs here.
