Consent is not a slogan here — it is one of the admission tests
A law only goes on the movement's harm list if it fails a named test, and the first of those tests is consent: does the instrument impose a duty, a liability, or surveillance on citizens who were never asked and cannot opt out. Others cover conscription, due process, speech, the franchise, and committing money at a scale that forecloses future choice.

- The list is not "laws we disagree with." A law that cannot check one of those boxes stays off the list however bad the policy is. That sentence is printed at the top of the public list, and it is the entire defence of the number.
