No Needless or Forever Wars, and No Draft

Wars that serve globalist elites and not citizens are exactly the thing this door opposes.

• Forever wars are a symptom of captured incumbents. That is why this sits on this door at all — it is a capture problem before it is a foreign-policy problem.
• No draft. Conscription is the state claiming ownership of a person, and this door says no to it without qualification.
• Candidates get measured on their actual war votes, not their speeches. Authorizations, appropriations, and the votes nobody expected to be read back to them.

This is the plank, not a full foreign-policy doctrine. It is deliberately narrow so it can be checked.

How a war vote gets read

• Two acts are chargeable on their own: compelling a citizen's body or labour into state service, and committing money or debt at a scale that forecloses future choice.
• The stage is the point. A member who votes to table the amendment that would have stripped a provision, then votes no on final passage, has two records — and only both together are honest. Reporting the final vote alone is how a war record gets laundered.
• "It was in the defense bill" is priced, not erased. A floor vote inside a must-pass bundle counts for less than the same vote in the small room where the provision was written. It still counts.
