Open Source, Open Data, Open AI

You should not have to believe our numbers. You should be able to check them. Nobody can check a black box, so every layer that decides something about a candidate or a vote is open to inspection. This is the section that makes the verifiability promise real rather than asserted.

• This is also what makes the meritocracy claim verifiable instead of merely asserted.
• The code that runs the voting, the matching and the scoring is open source. Read it, build it, confirm it does what we say it does. An election-adjacent system that hides its code has already failed.
• The data behind the results, the candidate records and the community votes is open. Re-run the numbers yourself and get the same answer.
• The AI method is open: open models where we can, open prompts and open method always. You can see why it concluded what it concluded, and disagree with it. It advises citizens. It never awards anything and never approves anything.
• What is private stays private. A citizen's own local files are private by design, and we say that plainly instead of pretending everything is public.

What a skeptic can actually go check

• The approved data is a public repository, and its commit history is the approval record — what was decided, and when. A wrong call gets undone by a revert, and the revert publishes too.
• Every result shows its work: every row, every weight, every source.
• Images are pinned by content, so the photo or video a claim rests on cannot quietly change underneath it.
• The specifications record their own mistakes, with dates — including the ones nobody would have found. That is there to be read too.
