The Charlie Kirk Plan

Charlie Kirk was assassinated on September 10, 2025. Many citizens believe his death points to something much bigger than one shooter: US politicians who answer to someone other than the citizens who elected them. This is our plan to fix that at the root, not to treat the symptoms.

The plan, in short

1. Force the truth out. Pass four Charlie Kirk disclosure laws, so the government files on who did it and how become public.
2. Replace the politicians who don't work for citizens. Citizens find the best political challengers and back them in the primaries, where a captured incumbent is most exposed.
3. Replace TPUSA and AmFest. A yearly conference where citizens vote on the political speakers, built to withstand the pressure to sell out.
4. Build a movement no one can stop. Power sits with millions of citizens, not with one leader who can be removed.
5. Keep truth-tellers heard. End the censorship of people who ask hard questions.
6. Keep truth-tellers paid. End demonetization, and give honest influencers healthy monetization.

The first four are the root fixes. The last two protect the people doing the work while those fixes happen.

Why root fixes

The assassination of Charlie Kirk and Epstein Island are, as we see it, the tip of the iceberg. What sits under the water is control over our politicians, and with it a democracy quietly taken from citizens. We believe that control may reach as far as a foreign country's intelligence service.

Political assassination is what a captured system reaches for after money, blackmail and censorship have stopped working. So the plan can't stop at one investigation or one election. It has to change who holds the power: expose how the control works, remove the politicians it runs through, and put the choice back with citizens.

1. Force the truth out

The truth about Charlie Kirk's death won't come out on its own. The agencies that hold the files have to be required by law to release them, and to actually investigate. We are drafting four laws to do that:

• The DoJ/FBI Forced Disclosure Act. Federal law enforcement must release every file related to the investigation, with criminal penalties for withholding or destroying records.
• The Intelligence Services Disclosure Act. US intelligence agencies must release everything that could identify who did it, or explain how. They can protect only active sources and methods, never their conclusions.
• The Mandatory Investigation Act. A good-faith investigation, not just a document dump, with an independent monitor appointed by Congress. If a covered agency turns out to be involved, the investigation moves to an independent congressional commission.
• The Trusted Investigators Act. Independent investigators from outside the agencies get full access to the files and systems, and they publish what they find.

2. Replace the politicians who don't work for citizens

Laws only pass if Congress passes them. A Congress that is controlled by money, blackmail, handlers or foreign influence will never force the truth out about the people controlling it. So the seats have to change.

• Measure who each politician actually works for. We look at what they voted for and what they said, from the public record, and publish the math so anyone can check it.
• Find the best challengers. Citizens pick them by meritocracy: candidates dedicated to working for citizens, and strong enough to refuse being co-opted.
• Win the primaries. Primaries are where a captured incumbent is most exposed, and where a citizen-chosen challenger can actually take the seat. See replacing incumbents.
• Expose the control. See foreign intelligence, US intelligence and exposing the deep state.

3. Replace TPUSA and AmFest

A movement is shaped by who stands on its stage. When a small group picks the speakers, that small group is the thing an outside power has to win over. Once it is won over, every citizen in the audience hears voices someone else chose. We are working to be a replacement for TPUSA, and we move that choice to citizens.

• Citizens vote on the political speakers at our yearly conference, which stands in the slot AmFest holds today. Votes come through community voting and trust scores built on this door, in the open.
• The speaker list is the test. Speakers who represent citizens, never people placed there by global elites or the donor class. See how it replaces AmFest.
• No money moves through it. No fundraising, no donations, no campaign coordination. That is what makes "never sells out" something we can be held to, not just something we say.
• It is open three ways. Open source, open data and open AI, so anyone can check that the voting does what we say it does.

4. A movement no one can stop

A movement built around one leader can be stopped by removing that leader. Charlie Kirk's death showed that risk plainly. The answer is a movement with no single point of failure.

• Power sits with the full US citizen base. Not one leader who can be removed, but millions of citizens who can't be.
• Citizens build the plan together. This community decides its own laws and priorities through community voting. Nobody hands them down.
• Anyone can run it. The code is open source and the data is open, so no single owner can be bought and no single server can be shut off.

5. Keep truth-tellers heard

None of the root fixes work if the people asking hard questions about Charlie Kirk's death can be quietly silenced. Today a handful of companies own the social networks political speech runs on, and each one can turn off an influencer's audience with a ban, a deboost or an isolated account.

• Political social media has to move to open standards: Mastodon, Nostr and Bluesky (the AT Protocol). Once a post lives on an open standard, no single company owns it.

• One site can refuse to show a post. It can't stop the post from reaching everyone else. That is how an influencer who exposes a puppet master stays heard.
