Document it yourself
The point of this area is that a citizen base can identify its own rigged layer, without waiting for an institution to confirm it — and without waiting for the other party's base to agree that this is the layer that matters. Nothing here is reserved for us. These are the same five steps our own records go through, and each community runs them on its own door.
The five steps
1. Name one rule
One provision, one rate, one exemption, one contract. Not "the system", not "the banks", not "both parties". A finding that cannot be pointed at cannot be checked, and a claim that cannot be checked gets dismissed by the first person with an incentive to dismiss it.
2. Find who it is for
Who has to comply, and who is carved out. The carve-out is usually the whole story — a rule with an exemption written into it is a rule about who the exemption is for.
3. Follow the record
Filings, roll calls, contracts, disclosures, court records. The primary document, linked at the door — not an article about the document. If a claim's only source is somebody else's claim, it is not sourced yet.
4. Record the gaps
Where the record has been withheld, that withholding is written down as its own fact. A gap somebody created on purpose is a finding about who controls the gap, and it is more useful than a guess about what was in it. See Naming the gaps and Chain of evidence.
5. File it as a problem
It joins the ranked, sourced catalog in Problems, where it can be argued with in public, ranked against everything else, and picked up by somebody who wants to work on it. Report a problem law is the route when the finding is a statute.
What the AI does, and what it never does
The assistant reads long material against published rubrics, checks reasoning for gaps, and finds the document you asked for. It never decides what is published about a person, never fills a gap with a plausible guess, and never sources a claim to itself. See AI and What the AI never decides.
Rules about people, in this area specifically
Economic findings tend to have names attached. The restraint is the same as everywhere else on this site: arithmetic over the public record is fair game; an accusation of a crime is not, unless a court established it. Everything short of that is attributed to its source, in the source's own framing.
