Five minute tour

Read in this order and the rest of the site will make sense.

Why anything needs fixing

The Problem — the deadlock pattern: classify a slice of the record, block anyone from recovering it, then demand 100% proof before anybody is allowed to act.

The Social Contract — what we measure against, so that "misalignment" is a claim with a yardstick rather than a mood.

What the movement is doing about it

Problems — the ranked catalog of what is wrong, each entry sourced and broken into separable root causes.

Laws — and its four libraries: the laws doing the damage, the process of drafting repairs, the bills we wrote, and the repairs somebody actually filed.

The people

Politicians — the doctrine first: everything published about a politician is an award earned or not earned, and there is a wall between the voting record and everything else.

Then the rosters — elected and new leaders — and the three awards: Monkey, Llama, Flamingo.

The four pillars

Decisions · Fixing the law · Values · Evidence

Pillar 4 — Evidence — is the intellectual core. Everything else is downstream of being allowed to reach a conclusion without the last five percent.

Doing something

Take Action — the catalog, from adding a video to recruiting somebody who wins a seat.

Karma and Meritocracy — how the work is recorded, and how it earns a citizen more weight without ever earning them authority.
